Simple Herbal Tea Infusions:

Herbal tea infusions are so simple to put together and so very good for your health.  I always recommend using fresh and dried natural herbs and steeping in a tea infuser to get the most benefits from the natural herbs.

Grocery store tea bags only contain a small fraction of these herbs, ground down and processed.
