Simple Herbal Tea Infusions:
Herbal tea infusions are so simple to put together and so very good for your health. I always recommend using fresh and dried natural herbs and steeping in a tea infuser to get the most benefits from the natural herbs.
Grocery store tea bags only contain a small fraction of these herbs, ground down and processed.
Rhodiola and Rosemary Memory Tea – Memory Booster:
A pinch or two of beautiful dried, organic Rhodiola, depending on your tastes,
add a fresh sprig of fresh Rosemary.
Pour very hot water over herbs, steep for a few minutes – Enjoy!
Iced Lemon Balm Tea:
Pour 4 cups of boiling water over an herb combination of :
- 1 tsp Dried or Fresh Lemon Balm Leaves
- 1 tsp Dried or Fresh Peppermint Leaves
- 1 tsp of Chamomile Flowers.
Let steep for 10 minutes. Strain. Pour into clean container. Add honey (if preferred) and ice cubes. Delicious, refreshing and good for your body and mind.
Bedtime Herbal Tea:
- 1 tsp Dried Lemon Balm Leaves
- 1 tsp Passion Flower
- 1 tsp Scullcap
Let steep for 10 minutes. Strain. Pour into clean container. Add honey or your choice of sweetener (if preferred).

Sore Throat Gargle:
Steep 1 teaspoon of chopped sage in one cup of water for 10 minutes.
Strain and drink or gargle for sore throat.
Ginger Tea for Coughs and Colds:
Use 1″ of Fresh Ginger Root sliced into small pieces. Simmer in 2 cups of water on low heat for 15 minutes. Strain and drink 1-3 cups a day for coughs and colds and to improve circulation.
